• Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
• Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

The ordering process at Isla The Label is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the black "Add to Cart" button.

Please make sure you have selected the correct variants before proceeding. Once everything looks good, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the information page, enter your correct address details and click "Continue to Shipping."

On the "Dispatch" page, you can review the address you have entered. Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge — we always cover the shipping and delivery costs as a thank-you to our customers. Click "Proceed to Payment" to continue.

At checkout, you can choose from the following payment methods. At Isla The Label, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment at all times:
